Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Answers to common MeerPartners questions: signing in with MeerID, choosing a role, how to earn, when the payout comes, what hold is, why a conversion was not credited, postback and security.
Here are the answers to the most common questions for both roles — for the influencer and for the business. If your answer is not here, check Troubleshooting, the Errors reference or contact support.
Sign-in and account
How do I sign in to MeerPartners?
Sign-in is only through MeerID — a single SSO. Click "Sign in with MeerID" and choose an enabled provider (Google, Yandex, VK, Telegram, Apple, GitHub or Passkey). There is no separate email and password on the platform. More details — Registration and sign-in.
What is the difference between an influencer and a business?
An influencer promotes offers via tracking links and earns a commission (cabinet /i). A business creates offers, tops up escrow and pays for results (cabinet /m). A single MeerID account can be both.
Can I be an influencer and a business at the same time?
Yes. A single MeerID account supports both roles. Switching between the /i and /m cabinets happens without signing in again — see Multiple accounts.
Are my data and money safe?
Sign-in is protected via MeerID (OIDC SSO), API access — by JWT or an HMAC signature for S2S. The money behind a conversion is reserved on the business escrow balance at the moment of accrual, so the payout of a confirmed commission is guaranteed. See Security and sessions.
For the influencer: earnings and payouts
How does an influencer start earning?
Pick an offer in the catalog, generate a tracking link, drive traffic to it. When the referred user completes the target action, the business sends a postback, the platform credits the conversion and accrues the commission.
What payout models are there?
Four: CPL (fixed per lead), CPA (fixed per sale), RevShare (percentage of turnover) and Hybrid (fixed + percentage). The model is set by the business at the offer level. Details and formulas — Monetization models.
When will I receive my payout?
After the commission passes the hold period and becomes available for withdrawal, you create a request. The timing depends on the method: card and USDT — automatically, Telegram Stars and bank — manually by an operator.
What is the hold period?
The commission freeze period after a conversion (typically 14 days) to protect against refunds and chargebacks. In hold the commission is already accrued and visible, but not yet available for withdrawal. After hold it moves into the available balance.
Why was my conversion not credited?
Common reasons: the click was outside the attribution window (30 days by default), the cookie was lost and the business did not return click_id, the traffic was flagged as a bot, or anti-fraud fired. A conversion without a click does not vanish — it gets the unattributed status and goes into resolution. See Attribution and Troubleshooting.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
By default 500 RUB, 10 USD or 10 EUR. The platform or the business may override the threshold — it is shown in the request form. More details — Payout methods.
Do I need KYC to withdraw money?
KYC is required for withdrawal if it is enabled for your case. A passport, national ID or driver's license is accepted. You can earn and accumulate commission without KYC. See KYC and limits.
Why is the payout not arriving?
Check the request status: requested (created), processing (with the provider), paid (paid out), failed (declined — money returned to the balance). On a network timeout, the platform itself clarifies the outcome with the provider to avoid a double payout.
What is the multi-level program?
You invite sub-influencers with your referral code and receive a percentage of their sales — up to 7 levels (3 by default). This is a share of the commission for real sales by your network, not a fee for invitations. See Multi-level program.
For the business: offers, payment, integration
How does a business pay for results?
The business tops up the escrow balance (available / reserved / total). On each conversion the needed amount is reserved, and it is actually debited at the moment of payout to the influencer. If the deposit is insufficient, the offer is automatically paused, and the accrual is not lost. See Balance and top-up.
How does a business set up a postback?
Create an API key with the postback scope in the Integration section, then send POST /api/v1/postback with an HMAC signature and a mandatory external_order_id. Idempotency — by external_order_id, anti-replay — by timestamp within ±300 seconds. Details — Postback.
What does 'offer paused' mean?
The offer temporarily does not accept traffic: the business stopped it manually, it did not pass moderation, or the escrow ran out of funds. Clicks on paused links bring no accruals. Resume the offer or top up the balance.
