Multi-level affiliate program

How multi-level works in MeerPartners: up to 7 levels between influencers, percentage accrual across levels L0–L7, a CAP on total commission and the self-referral ban.

The multi-level program lets an influencer earn not only on their own sales, but also on the sales of influencers they invited — and the ones those people invited, and so on. You receive a percentage of your network's commission. The accrual depth is up to 7 levels; by default the business enables 3.

This is a share of real sales, not a fee for invitations

You earn a percentage of the commission for real sales by your sub-influencers. The business pays out of its marketing budget (escrow), not new participants for "entry". No fees, packages or recruitment charges — see the limitations below.

How levels work

An influencer invites sub-influencers with their referral code. When someone in your network makes a sale, the commission is distributed up the chain (upline):

  • L0 — the direct seller: the one who brought the conversion. Receives the base commission per the offer model.
  • L1…L7 — upstream influencers: each receives their own percentage of the seller's base commission.
          A (invited B)

          B (invited D)

          D ── makes a sale (L0)

   upline accruals:
     D — base commission (L0)
     B — L1 percentage of D's base
     A — L2 percentage of the B-branch base

Key calculation rule

Network levels are calculated as a percentage of the seller's base commission (L0), not as a repeated percentage of the order amount. Your upline earns a share of what you earned — this makes the total load predictable for the business.

Rates by level

The business sets decreasing rates for each level (level_rates). A typical grid:

LevelRate (of the seller's base)
L110%
L25%
L32%

The accrual depth (max_levels) — from 1 to 7, 3 by default. Structurally the tree can be deeper, but the accrual only reaches the configured level: if you are at L5 of someone's network and the offer pays up to L3, accrual will not go above L3.

Worked example

Sale of 1000 ₽, a RevShare offer at 30%, multi-level with rates L1 = 10%, L2 = 5%, L3 = 2%. The seller is G, their upline: D (L1) → B (L2) → A (L3).

Base L0 (to seller G) = 1000 × 30% = 300.00 ₽

Network (% of the 300 ₽ base):
  L1 D: 300 × 10% = 30.00 ₽
  L2 B: 300 × 5% = 15.00 ₽
  L3 A: 300 × 2% = 6.00 ₽
  ────────────────────────────
  Σ network = 51.00 ₽

Total to influencers = 300 + 51 = 351.00 ₽

Each level is a separate accrual with its own status and hold; they are also reversed together with the base conversion (if the sale reversed — the add-ons fall with it).

CAP — the cap on total commission

So that a deep tree and generous rates do not deduct more than the margin from the deposit, the offer enforces a CAP — the maximum total commission per conversion. It comes in two kinds:

  • Percentage — the total commission (L0 + all network) ≤ X% of the order amount (for RevShare/Hybrid).
  • Absolute — the total commission ≤ a fixed amount in the offer currency (for any model).

How the excess is trimmed: L0 is protected

If the total commission exceeds the CAP, the network levels are trimmed pro-rata, and the seller's base commission (L0) is paid in full. The logic is simple: the seller made a real sale — their share has priority; the network add-on is an upline bonus, so it is trimmed first.

The same example, but CAP = 33% of the order:
  cap = 1000 × 33% = 330 ₽.
  total (L0..L3) = 351 ₽ → excess 21 ₽.

  L0 = 300 ₽ fully protected.
  Network (Σ=51 ₽) trimmed pro-rata down to (330 − 300) = 30 ₽:
    L1 D: 30 × (30/51) = 17.65 ₽
    L2 B: 15 × (30/51) = 8.82 ₽
    L3 A: 6 × (30/51) = 3.53 ₽
  Total to influencers = 330 ₽.

Transparency of the trim

If the commission was trimmed by the CAP, your cabinet shows both the final amount and the original amount before the trim ("accrued 17.65 ₽, 30 ₽ before CAP"). You always understand why the amount is lower than calculated.

How to join a network and invite others

An influencer enters the tree at registration — by following the inviter's referral link. You will find your referral code and invitations in the My network section.

Binding only at registration

You can attach to someone else's network only at the moment of the first registration. Late attachment of an already registered account to someone else's upline is forbidden — this protects against retroactive tree farming. Registering without a code makes you a root influencer, and that is fine.

Limitations and risks

The program is designed as a legitimate multi-tier affiliate, not a financial pyramid. Basic rules:

  • Self-referral ban. You cannot invite yourself (code = your own) — the attempt is rejected with the SELF_REFERRAL_FORBIDDEN error. Registering fake sub-accounts under yourself for a double commission (L0 + L1) is tracked by anti-fraud and leads to freezing the branch's network accruals.
  • Cycle ban. A invited B — B cannot "invite" A. The platform blocks such links.
  • Depth under control. 3 levels by default; deeper than 3 is a deliberate business decision (the interface shows a warning about regulatory risk). The technical limit is 7. The platform may globally cap the depth if the regulatory environment changes.
  • Income from sales only. Joining the program is free, with no fees or mandatory purchases. The network commission is a share of the commission for real sales by your network, not a fee for recruiting people.

Network anti-fraud

Inflation via fake downline accounts, upline ↔ downline collusion and artificially long chains are tracked (matching IP/device/payout details, an anomalous share of network income with low direct sales). Suspicious accruals are frozen until a manual check. More details — KYC and limits.

Frequently asked questions

How many levels will actually pay me?

As many as the business enabled on the offer (max_levels, from 1 to 7, 3 by default). Even if your network is structurally deeper, accrual only reaches the configured level.

Why is the network commission lower than I expected?

Two reasons are possible: the CAP kicked in (the total commission exceeded the cap and the network shares were trimmed pro-rata), or the offer does not reach your level by depth. The cabinet shows the original amount before the trim.

Do I get a percentage of my network's subscription renewals?

Yes, if both multi-level and recurring are enabled on the offer — each downline renewal accrues a network commission by the same rules.

What happens if a sub-influencer makes a refund?

The base conversion is reversed, and along with it — all network accruals of that conversion, including yours. Network levels are derivative of the base sale.
